Orders will only be processed upon receipt of proof of payment. Shipment occurs only after full payment clearance. The payment reference must include the order ID (Year + order number) provided in the confirmation email.

Shipping Terms

Goods are shipped via express courier (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). A tracking code will be provided after dispatch. Shipping costs, borne by the Customer, are detailed in the order confirmation under the "Orders" section.

Upon delivery, the Customer must verify:

• That the number of packages matches the delivery note;

• That the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry, and unaltered;

If discrepancies are noted, the Customer must write "Under Reserve for Inspection" on the delivery receipt if accepting the package.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Art. 64 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Consumers (i.e., individuals purchasing goods for non-commercial purposes or without providing a VAT number) may withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty, subject to the conditions below.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to: Ceramiche Angelo Licata snc – Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi 23/29 – 92027 Licata (AG), Italy The withdrawal request must include bank details for refunds.

Conditions for Withdrawal:
- applies to the entire purchased product (partial withdrawal is not permitted). ;

- goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. For added protection, we recommend placing the original packaging in a second box.

- return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

- the Customer assumes full liability for the shipment until confirmed receipt by our warehouse.;
- Ceramiche Angelo Licata is not liable for damage, theft, or loss during uninsured returns.;

Subject to potential charges for verified packaging damage, Ceramiche Angelo Licata will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods: Via credit card reversal, or Bank transfer (the Customer must provide accurate bank details: ABI, CAB, and account number).

The right of withdrawal is forfeited if Ceramiche Angelo Licata confirms:
• missing product components (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.) or product defects
• damage caused by reasons unrelated to shipping.
